Osogovo sheep yellow cheese
    It is produced according to traditional recipe transferred through generations of selected sheep milk originating from OsogovoMountain. The cheese is with greenish yellow colour, recognizable by its aroma. The cheese is whole fat, with unique flavour. Its fermentation is controlled in special rooms for six months. Everyone enjoys its taste, even the most demanding gourmets. It can be served with all Macedonian wines.
