Osogovo mixed cheese
   It is produced from selected milk originating from the OsogovoMountains. It is made by mixing the cow (80%) and sheep (20%) milk in a traditional way whit lot of attention from the top craftsmen. It is with golden yellow colour and appealing fragrance, whole fat and the taste is unique. The fermentation lasts more than two months. It is excellent for serving and suitable for all generations.

Osogovo smoked cheese
    It is made of cow’s milk, produced by using the traditional knowledge of the region and the modern technology of maturing. It is smoked with natural smoke in strictly controlled conditions.     It is produced by traditional recipe transferred through generations. It is made of selected sheep milk originating from OsogovoMountain. The cheese is with greenish yellow colour, recognizable by its aroma, whole fat with unique flavour. Its fermentation is in specially controlled rooms for at least six months. Even the most demanding can enjoy its taste. It serves with all Macedonian wines.
