Osogovo goat cheese

It is made from pasteurized goat milk from the farms on Osogovo. It is whit white colour and not very strong smell. It is considered as the healthiest dairy product. Its fermentation lasts at least three months in special circumstances. It is meant for the general population usage.

Osogovo hard cheese
     It is produced from pasteurized milk. It is with pale yellow colour, hard and salty. Its maturation is made with special techniques of salting, because it gives more strength and special salty taste. That makes this cheese more special than other dairy products.
