Osogovo mixed cheese
It is produced from selected milk from OsogovoMountain. It is made by mixing cow (80%) and sheep (20%) milk in a traditional way with lots of attention from top craftsmen. Its colour is yellow like gold with attractive fragrance, whole fat. It has unique flavor with its fermentation at least two months. It is excellent for serving, suitable for all generations.
