Osogovo sheep yellow cheese
    It is produced by traditional recipe transferred through generations. It is made of selected sheep milk originating from OsogovoMountain. The cheese is with greenish yellow colour, recognizable by its aroma, whole fat with unique flavour. Its fermentation is in specially controlled rooms for at least six months. Even the most demanding can enjoy its taste. It serves with all Macedonian wines.
