Osogovo smoked cheese
    It is made of cow’s milk, produced by using the traditional knowledge of the region and the modern technology of maturing. It is smoked with natural smoke in strictly controlled conditions. The colour is brownish yellow, with a smell of a smoke mixed with the aroma of milk. The cheese matures at least for two months.
