Osogovo goat yellow cheese
It is made from goat’s milk from the OsogovoMountains. It is with dark yellow colour, matures at least four months. It doesn’t have very strong smell. Its flavour is special with distinctive aroma. That is why is good for even the most demanding gourmets.
